Photographs & Etchings

Lee Friedlander   |   Jim Dine

Works From The Same House

"Lee Friedlander and I met in 1962. He gave me a photograph of Cincinnati without knowing that I am from there. we have been exchanging thing all the time since then. Friendship and pictures. Our work is from the same house. He always understands my words. "

Jim Dine, London 1969

This collection of work features the photographs and etchings of Lee Friedlander and Jim Dine, respectively. The men were partners and collaborators whose first portfolio was exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art in New York in 1969. Today, these photographs and etchings are still as relevant as they were several decades ago.
